Who can volunteer
We welcome volunteers from any background. No technical knowledge is needed for most roles.
We are looking for people who
- are aged 18 or over
- communicate clearly and professionally in English (other European languages are a bonus)
- are reliable, punctual and happy to stand for long periods
- have the right to be in the Netherlands for the event dates

Attendee experience
Registration
Check in attendees, scan tickets and issue badges.
Information and hospitality
Direct attendees and answer questions on the schedule, venue and facilities.

Support evening receptions and networking activities around the main programme.
Content and speakers
Speaker support
Welcome speakers, guide them to their session and make sure they have what they need.
Stage and theatre support
Help keep sessions on time, including room set-up, timekeeping and microphone handovers.
Show floor and support
Speaker and press lounge
Keep lounges welcoming, stocked and tidy.
Digital and app support
Help attendees use the event app and online platform.
Allrounder
Support whichever team needs extra help on the day.
