Dr. Promiti Dutta is a distinguished leader in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Analytics Technology and Innovation for U.S. Personal Bank at Citigroup. In this role, she spearheads initiatives that integrate advanced analytics and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency across Citi’s personal banking services.
Prior to her tenure at Citi, Dr. Dutta held significant positions in both the private and academic sectors. At Aetna, a CVS Health Company, she led data-driven projects to improve payment integrity outcomes. At AIG, she served as a Research Data Scientist for Computer Vision Applications, focusing on innovative solutions in the property and casualty insurance industry. During her academic career, she was the Assistant Dean for Innovation, Corporate Engagement & Entrepreneurship at Columbia University, where she fostered collaboration between academia and industry.
