Aaditya Shukla is a Senior Staff ML Engineer at NVIDIA with over 12 years of industry experience building large-scale machine learning and AI systems. Over the past four years at NVIDIA, he has led the development of enterprise-scale LLM systems and, most recently, an Agentic AI platform for NVIDIA’s Supply Chain organization, a suite of specialized AI agents that help planners reason over complex structured datasets and surface actionable insights.
Before NVIDIA, he held lead engineering roles at Meta and IBM, and he holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. His research sits at the intersection of retrieval-augmented generation, agentic architectures, and continuous-learning systems for production LLMs, with recent publications spanning RAG for enterprise question answering (Facts About Building RAG-Based Chatbots, EKRAG), reinforcement learning for agentic search (ParallelSearch), and data flywheels for self-improving agents (Adaptive Data Flywheel). He has also filed several patent applications covering agentic AI applications and their underlying architectures.
