TechEx Europe consists of 5 co-located events. AI & Big Data Expo, IoT Tech Expo, Cyber Security Expo, Digital Transformation, and Data Centre Expo.
Do I get access to all co-located events?
Your access depends on which ticket type you register.
A Gold pass grants access to the entire event, including every conference track across each stage. Plus, VIP networking opportunities on site.
A free pass grants access to the show floor and selected free conference tracks.
How do I get there, and where can I stay?

Ultimate, Gold, Complimentary Gold, Sponsor, Exhibitor and Press pass holders will get access to our official AI-powered TechEx Europe mobile and desktop app.
Our app allows you to explore the conference agenda and add sessions you don’t want to miss to your event schedule, and view, connect and meet with other paid attendees, sponsors, speakers, and exhibitors.

Networking Drinks
Every year the official TechEx Networking Drinks allows paying attendees the chance to network and create contacts with some of the industry’s biggest names.
For 2025, we will be hosting our networking drinks from 17:30 on Day 1 on the show floor. It is the perfect opportunity for attendees to unwind after a busy day exploring the event.
The networking drinks will allow attendees to share their experiences of the day and will provide the opportunity to meet with existing and new business partners.
Access to the networking drinks is for paying attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and press only. To obtain access, register your Gold pass here.
